We are Dierenarts Arnhem, a warm and friendly team that stands for attentive care—for both animals and people. No night shifts, but plenty of collegiality, flexibility, and modern diagnostics. We have modern ultrasound, (dental) X-ray, a fully equipped IDEXX lab, and an extensive operating room with a laparoscopic tower. We are also known for our second-line dental procedures.

Als Clinical Director ben je zowel meewerkend dierenarts als inhoudelijk en coachend leider.
Je zorgt samen met het team voor een professionele en prettige werkomgeving, waar kwaliteit, kennisdeling en werkplezier centraal staan.
Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:
- Meewerken als dierenarts binnen de kliniek (gedeeltelijk klinisch actief)
- Het aansturen, begeleiden en inspireren van het team met een open en coachende manier van communiceren
- Het bewaken en verbeteren van de veterinaire kwaliteit
- Actief bijdragen aan strategische en operationele beslissingen binnen de praktijk
- Samenwerken met het team aan groei en ontwikkeling
